Aviation Business Management student at Rangsit University Macky Phiphatthanaphong is Mister Supranational Chiangmai 2017. He will represent Thailand’s northern city in Mister Supranational 2017 which will be held on 27th August 2017 at The Stage Asiatique in Bangkok, Thailand. Macky comes from the province of Roi Et, in the northeast of Thailand. The winner of Mister Supranational Thailand 2017 will represent the ‘Land of Smiles’ in Mister Supranational 2017 pageant in Poland later this year.

Chiang Mai is a city in mountainous northern Thailand. Founded in 1296, it was capital of the independent Lanna Kingdom until 1558. Its Old City area still retains vestiges of walls and moats from its history as a cultural and religious center. It’s also home to hundreds of elaborate Buddhist temples, including 14th-century Wat Phra Singh and 15th-century Wat Chedi Luang, adorned with carved serpents.
