PHILIPPINES’ ISSA JANDA FOR MAN OF THE YEAR 2017
21-year-old Issa Janda who represented Albay province in Misters of Filipinas 2016 won the Man of the Year Philippines title held on 18th September 2016 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila. He is now on his way to Indonesia to represent the Philippines at the 2nd edition of Man of the Year 2017, vying for a back to back victory after Philippines’ Karan Singhdole won the title last August 2016. During the final gala of Misters of Filipinas 2016, Issa Janda bagged the Best in Formal Wear and David Salon awards.
This 6’1″-tall Cum Laude graduate with a degree in Criminology is a superman deadringer. Like fictional hero Superman – he works for the benefit of humanity thru his advocacy of helping Out of School Youth.
The 2nd edition of Man of the Year pageant will be held from 10th-19th August 2017 in Pekanbaru, Riau Indonesia.
