Exclusive Interview with Mister Globe Kenya 2021 : Jedidiah Rogonzo
1.First of all, congratulation to you, can you introduce yourself?
I’m Jedidiah Rogonzo,22 years of age. You can call me Jeddah. I’m an electrical engineering student, a model and also an actor. I reside in Nairobi, Kenya. Besides modelling and education, am a paint and sketch artist. I also love reading books, indulging in charity work, playing rugby and also trying out new experiences since I’m a very curious person.
2.What are your next projects?
Some of my long term projects since joining the modeling world are starting up an agency and trying to fix the Kenyan modelling industry and bring it to international standards.
Born and raised in Kibra, I never thought one day I would be a model since we thought it was only for the rich. Plus, we never viewed modelling as a career, instead we viewed it as a hobby or something you can do when you’re bored. I would love to change that mentality and mentor both my peers and also young people so that modelling would also be viewed and treated as a career.
- If you are elected Mister Globe 2021, what will be your first action?
My first action will be to be in the frontline in the fight against gender based violence.
My other goal would be to work with Mister Globe family to make the pageant the number one pageant in the world.
4.Mister Globe slogan is “Mister with a cause”. Do you support a cause?
Wave Models Agency, an agency which I’m working on starting it up, would be more than just an agency of modelling and art. It will be more of a community which will also indulge in other activities such as charity, community services and also environment conservation.

Kenyan rapper Octopizzo (Henry Ohanga). I admire his mindset and understanding of the music industry. Like you don’t have to do something because someone said it was supposed to be that way, dare to be different.
- What is your special message to your fans and our fellow readers?
First of all, thank you for all your support through my whole modelling journey. I wouldn’t be here without your support mentally, emotionally and physically. My advice is if you feel like giving up, push harder… Most times we give up when we are almost there.
