1) First of all, congratulations to you. Can you introduce yourself and tell us a little about yourself?
First of all, I want to thank the entire organization that has made it possible for me to achieve this very precious goal for me.
I am Pedro Vargas, I represent Spain in this Mister Turismo World contest. I come from the Canary Islands, specifically from Tenerife.
At only 22 years old, my everyday routine is to work, study and exercise.
I have worked in various jobs in the hospitality world but I am currently in a renovation company. As for my studies, I am taking an exam to become a driving school teacher since my biggest hobby is the world of motors. My time is limited so the exercise I do the most is the gym.
2) What are your next projects?
My goal is to continue developing in the world of fashion and take advantage of this great opportunity they give me. My desired project is to finish the oppositions that I mentioned above.
3) If you are elected “Mister Tourism World 2023”, what will be your first action?
The first thing I would do is thank all the people who have helped me get to this point. I would continually begin greater preparation for future experiences with the purpose of going as far as possible and not disappointing the organization that accompanies me.
4) Mister Tourism World’s motto is “Building a better world”. Do you support a cause?
Currently, we are going through a war that influences the entire world, with this opportunity I would try to give voice to avoid these actions in the future.
5) What is your favorite song or music video?
My favorite song despite my age is “Sultan of Swing” by the group Diré Straits
6) What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is potatoes, pineapples and ribs which is a typical Canarian food.
7) What is your favorite animal?
My favorite animal is the dog since since I was a child I have been accompanied by these types of pets in my home.
8) What is your favorite movie?
My favorite movie is “The Pianist” by director Roman Polanski.
9) What is your favorite color?
My favorite color is electric blue.
10) Name your favorite book?
My favorite book is “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas”
11) Name your favorite magazine?
To be honest, I don’t usually read these types of publications.
12) Who is your favorite celebrity?
My favorite celebrity is Fernando Alonso, he is a Formula 1 driver. I feel very identified since one of my passions is the world of automobile racing.
13) What is your special message to your fans and our fellow readers?
My message to all readers is to never stop fighting for your dreams. From my own experience it has not been easy at all but with perseverance, desire and a lot of dedication I have managed to achieve my goal which has made me here now.
