Mister Tourism Vietnam – Nguyen Quoc Tri
1) First of all, many congratulations to you, Can you introduce yourself and tell us a little about you?
Hi, my name is Quoc Tri and I am the representative of Vietnam for Mister Tourism World in 2023.
It’s my pride to represent my beautiful country to come here and spread the positive message for wellness tourism and inspire people to follow the trend of sustainable development.
I used to work as a flight attendant for Bamboo Airways, which is one of the largest Airways in Vietnam. I’m really proud because currently I’m also a master of ceremonies. That’s the reason why I can travel here and there across my country to contemplate the beautiful scenery of Vietnam and meet up with wonderful and hospitable people right here in my country.
I am also a cofounder of a travel agency where I can design the tours for people from across the world to come and visit the destinations in Vietnam.
One of the key reasons why I want to come here and introduce the beauty of my country is that after COVID-19, I see many changes in Tourism, and I want to share my ideas for the development of economic sustainability of tourism in my country, and in the world.
2) What are your next projects ?
In the near future, I want to continue to develop my artistic career with products such as talk shows, music videos, and movies. Besides, I want to promote domestic tourism and neighboring countries with travel vlogs on my youtube and tiktok channels. I want to spread the message of sustainable tourism and community projects such as creating jobs for indigenous people in tourist destinations.
3) If you are elected “Mister Tourism world 2023”, what will be your first action ?
For me, the position of Mister Tourism World 2023 is very noble. That’s why if I am given the opportunity for the highest position, I will devote all my strength to not only complete my mission with the organization but also make my fans proud of me. I will immediately carry out projects to promote tourism culture through scheduled business trips and also not forget to carry out personal projects as I have shared. I want to travel to many places around the world to use my image and voice to promote tourism around the world because for me tourism is an extremely important bridge between countries.
4) Mister Tourism World ’s slogan is “Building a better World”. Do you support a cause?
I feel lucky to have been a flight attendant and now a TV host in my country, so I have the opportunity to travel to many places, especially trips abroad. . I was exposed to many different cultures, people, food, beautiful scenery,… that’s why I realized a lot of beauty and fell in love with the differences of different cultures. And when our world is filled with love and respect, it is a beautiful world, that’s why I always believe the tourism industry is one of the important bridges between countries and continents. working together to create a better and better society in peace like the slogan of Mister Tourism World: “Building a better World”.

6 ) What is your favorite food?
I can eat everything, especially traditional dishes from different countries, but if I had to choose, I think my mother’s cooking would be my favorite dish.
7) What is your favorite animal ?
Dog and cat, that why I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home.
8) What is your favorite movie ?
Doraemon is an animated movie I watch every day until now.
9) What is your favorite color ?
According to Eastern tradition, I belong to the metal element that reason why I love white and yellow.
10) Name your favorite book ?
That is the famous book by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, “no death, no birth, don’t be afraid”, the book helps us face life’s problems in a positive way.

12) Who is your favorite celebrity ?
Lady Gaga is an extremely inspiring artist to me not only because of her talent but also because of her community activities.
