1) First of all, many congratulations to you , Can you introduce yourself and tell us a little about you?
My name is Manos, I am from Greece. I come from Crete, the 88th largest island in the world and the fifth largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, after Sicily, Sardinia, Cyprus, and Corsica. I live in a city of Piraeus called Korydallos. I’m an only child. but i’m ok with that. I wouldn’t mind having a brother to share knowledge and have manly discussions with, nor a sister to take care of her. I grew up alone, despite all this, I also feel good when I do things and activities alone, because I am good with myself. In September 2017 I graduated from AKTO art and design college, which collaborates with Middlesex University. I studied 3d animation and interactive media. I love to work as a freelancer. Currently is not my basic job cause I need good equipment for something like that. So I’m working in a container terminal in port of Perama, as a stevedore. I love and appreciate this job cause is the beginning and the main step to accomplish one of my goals. in my free time i like cooking, nutritious dishes mainly, and pastas which i love. Also like to watch movies, series, working out and go on trips.
◦ 2) What are your next projects ?
I’m not one of those people who makes plans but I like to dream about my future and definitely, I want to develop on my subject to work hard to become one of the best in my field to work with many people cultures, travel around the world and for sure MTW will help me.
◦ 3) If you are elected “Mister Tourism world 2022”, what will be your first action ?
My first action will definitely be, to smile and be happy like a little kid after all men always have a little kid inside of us. So as MTW ,about my exploration of the world, of cultures and my communication with worlds , I will try to pass my own message as Mr and as a Greek which is nothing but a happy world, released, full of energy and I will merge my own culture with them. All great memories will run into my head , with all the guys here and it all boils down to me having a huge title to support from here on out that will stick with me and probably mark me for the rest of my life. Every beginning has an end I will certainly be relieved by the result but I will think that a great journey now begins for me with new experiences and responsibilities.
◦ 4) Mister Tourism World ’s slogan is “Building a better World”. Do you support a cause?
In general, all peoples, their cultures, their language, their habits, their beliefs, no matter how different they are between them, must be united in some way because we must not forget that we all came from and were created by a world and a higher power. Love, understanding, cooperation comes from our heart and not from all the rest that might be different.
◦ 5) What is your favorite song or music video?
I can say that my ears listen selectively to everything, but in this particular period I listen very often the “Calm down” by Rema and Selena Gomez. I like the vibe of this song.
◦ 6 ) What is your favorite food?
First of all, as I said above, I really like cooking, my favorite is sweet and sour chicken with rice ( as we says to Greece “ κότα με ρύζι “) for lunch and for breakfast, I love to cook and taste, Mexican Quesadilla.
◦ 7) What is your favorite animal ?
I love black panther, black jaguar, so much except that he is connected from the childhood Mowgli to my favorite character Bagheera. Other than that I think it’s very beautiful animal and it gives something very sexy that is sometimes likened to a woman through videoclips for that reason.
◦ 8) What is your favorite movie ?
My favorite movie is none other than one and only. « The Lord of the Rings». I love this trilogy and all the Tolkien’s series and world. For sure I can certainly tell you that I have seen the trilogy more times than I have seen my baptism.
◦ 9) What is your favorite color ?
• Black and white. I think this combination is my best and favorite outfit. I think it’s one of the only pairs that will match forever and never part, at least on me.
◦ 10) Name your favorite book ?
Tolkien as I said is my favourite to this, so De Silmarillion is my favourite, I love Middle Earth.
◦ 11) Name your favorite magazine ?
I like to read men’s magazines whether they are about fashion or fitness or a lot of secrets and tips that you can learn from them. So here in Greece we have different magazines, like Esquire.
◦ 12) Who is your favorite celebrity ?
I love Keanu Reeves. Very succeed and story of his life, can motivates anyone to do something that he loves and make his dream true. So he is not only John Wick, read about his life.
◦ 13) What’s your special message to your fans and our fellow readers?
Chase your dreams, think positively and act from your heart in whatever you decide to do. Life will reward you, at the right moment.
