Carlos Marquez Saez won the title of Mister Universal Ambassador Spain 2017 during the Mister Global Spain 2017 pageant held last February 5, 2017 at Sta. Cruz, Tenerife. He also won as Best Body and 2nd runner-up to Mister Global Spain 2017. Carlos will represent Spain in the third edition of Mister Universal Ambassador.
The winner of the second edition, Mister Universal Ambassador 2016 Aleksa Gavrilovic of Serbia will crown his successor at the grand finals.
